Óðinn Svan Óðinsson

My name is Óðinn Svan Óðinsson, and I am leading L-listinn in the upcoming municipal elections in Akureyri. I am married to Heiðdís Rósa Sigurjónsdóttir, and together we have three children.

I worked for nearly seven years as a news and programme producer at RÚV, where I gained broad experience in public affairs and government administration.

I graduated from VMA and hold a BA in Media Studies from the University of Akureyri.

I’m a proud Akureyri native and know first-hand what a great place it is to live and raise a family. I want to help drive the town forward, with strong public services, sound finances, and ambitious development for the future.
